To our valued patients,
YOUR health and safety remain our top priorities. We already have strict cleaning procedures in place, but given recent events, we have implemented more action points and established new protocols to maintain sanitation and safety for everyone.
WHAT WE ARE DOING:

Our staff has been trained in cleaning and sanitation procedures according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Our staff will be wearing a face mask and/or face shield at all times and are temperature screened* at the beginning of their shift.

We have medical-grade H13 HEPA filters in each treatment room.

We have a clear Plexiglass barrier placed on our front desk to ensure a safe and sanitary encounter for both staff and patients.
-
We are limiting the number of patients we see daily and staggering our schedule to allow enough time between patients.

We are fully stocked with cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other sanitation tools to maintain a safe and sanitary workplace environment.

We will continue to disinfect and deep clean ALL surfaces touched by any person (doorknobs, tables, chairs, pens, etc.) in between each use.

We will continue to keep our bathroom cleaned, disinfected, and supplied throughout the day.

We have re-organized our medical spa space with the goal of keeping staff and patients at least 6 feet apart when possible.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

We will provide all patients with hand sanitizers throughout the clinic.

We provide contactless thermometer checks for all patients.

To maintain social distancing from other patients, we direct patients to wait in their treatment room upon checkin.

Only our patients will be allowed inside the clinic to limit crowds. Family, friends, and pets will not be allowed.
*Please note: any person (staff or patient) with a temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or signs of cough/respiratory symptoms will not be allowed inside the clinic and will be encouraged to seek medical care.
As we are doing everything we can to make our patients feel comfortable and safe, we urge you to kindly do your part as well. If you feel ill, please stay home or seek medical care as needed. You may call us at (714) 377-7546 or email at info@shapeandskinmedical.com to cancel/reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee. All we ask is that you please notify us in advance if you cannot make it.
