"Shape and Skin really helped me lose weight with the HCG diet. I almost lost 20 pounds it might not seem like a lot but it was. I struggle with losing weight even with diet and exercise. it's hard for me but I was able to get to almost 120 and I feel amazing. I say If you want to lose some weight do it but I also recommend making sure you are ready for it. You have to really dedicate yourself to it or it won't work to its full advantage. I love it though and so does my family. We've all seen great results. I will be purchasing this diet again to get to my goal weight.
